To the Bride and Groom
We often produce albums even if we have not taken the photos. Cathy
Whyte is our main album designer for Whyte Weddings. Cathy has excellent
customer service skills and has designed and overseen the production
of many Queensberry Wedding Albums. Some of which can be seen on our
album samples
page.
Our process and philosophy for album design is quite simple. The customer
is always right. It is our client's album and by that we mean the Bride
and Groom. The overall layouts, types and colours chosen before the
album is sent into production are always approved by the people who
are going to treasure it for always.
Our retail album pricing structure is simple too...
BEST SHOTS ALBUMS: A beautiful little album you can share forever
Your choice of Pagemount Mats, Duo or fully Digital Pages.
10 x 7 inches or square 8 x 8 inches.
Holds about 25 photos. 6 spreads / 12 pages
Extra leaves are optional at an extra cost.
7 inch parent albums are not availabe with the best shots albums BUT
we can order another 10 x 7 replica at a reduced price.
Top of the range leather photo front covers are standard. NZ$850
EXCLUSIVE LARGE FEATURE ALBUMS: The ultimate way to showcase the
story of the big day including the family photos, creating a lasting
family heirloom
Your choice of Pagemount Mats, Duo or fully Digital Pages.
14 x 10 inch or square 12 x 12 and includes a lined carry case.
Holds about 75 images including the family group photos. 12 spreads
/ 24pages
Extra leaves are optional at an extra cost.
PLEASE NOTE: The free parent album shown in our rmovie demo is only
available for our full photography shoot packages. We can do duplicate
parent albums at cost price of $200 each when ordered at the same time
as the larger feature album.
Top of the range leather photo front covers are standard. NZ$2,200
Larger format albums are available with a custom quote. They can be
very large and magnificent.
Payment can be in thirds. One third deposit, one third before we send
the album to Queensberry and one third before we post the album to you.
(Payment plan is not included in our full photography wedding packages)
A typical time line of 5-8 weeks from start to delivery.
We will need the high resolution files on disk. You will need copyright
and the files in your possession. Contact us to get the process underway.

If you do not have the files or the copy right and your
photographer does not supply albums to your requirements then our photographers
arrangement may be necessary to smooth the way forward. Details below.

To Photographers.
Easily refer a quality album service and earn more income. We pay referral
commissions of 15% of sale to photographers. This is to cover use of
copyright images in the production of the albums or a referral fee.
There are conditions...

We work directly with the couple and the photographer is NOT involved in the design process. Too many cooks can spoil the broth and a relationship is built between Cathy and our clients that works exceptionally well. In the end the customer is always right. Don't worry, we are talent photographers too and understand your apprehension.

We reserve the right to manipulate and change any images to suit the album design and ultimately the wishes of our clients. You may need to supply us with the high resolution digital files on request. We are paying you for these.

I am sure you would like to be kept in the design loop so a copy of the final approved layouts will be sent to you via email if you wish. No input will be invited as this is the final draft. The completed album is sent direct to the client.
We would love to have you as a regular supplier of images
and clients to Whyte Weddings. Shoot for files and other products (copyright
and files withheld or not) and refer your customers to us for albums.
Do nothing more and earn 15% on sales. Client pays us and we pay you
at the same time on a requested invoice. EASY
You may wish to include our third party album service into your promotions
and packages. We can negotiate this
